01Forwarding

Transport organised, not improvised.

We do not run our own trucks. We select the carrier, the trailer and the route for each consignment, issue the CMR, and stay responsible for the shipment until the proof of delivery is in your inbox.

Hanging garment transport

Clothing on hangers arrives ready for the rail or the shop floor, with no repacking and no pressing at destination. We book trailers with bars, hooks and boxes mixed as the order requires, from a single rail section to a full vehicle, between garment producers, warehouses and retailers in most European countries.

Full and part loads

General cargo on europallets, curtain-sided standard and mega trailers. Part loads are consolidated with other consignments on the same lane.

Transport via Dunkirk or Calais and Dover, with transit and customs documents coordinated with your broker before the ferry.

Customs and paperwork

CMR consignment notes, T1/T2 transit, SENT, ENS. One invoice in EUR with VAT handled correctly for PL and the EU.

02Trade

Parts supplied, with the transport included.

Alongside forwarding, IMP-EX Polska sells new parts. Because transport is our own business, a quotation covers the goods delivered, not goods ex works.

Automotive

New automotive parts

New parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, sourced from manufacturers and authorised distributors in the EU and supplied to workshops, fleets and resellers. Send a part number or a VIN and we quote price and delivery date.

Industrial

Industrial equipment parts

Spare and replacement parts for production and handling equipment: drives, bearings, filters, hydraulic and pneumatic components, electrical parts. Sourced to drawing, part number or sample, delivered to the plant.

One contact from enquiry to proof of delivery.

Vetted carriers

We work with a fixed circle of carriers whose trailers, licences and insurance we have checked, and whose drivers know garment loading. New carriers are added only after a trial movement.

Covered

Every consignment travels under a CMR consignment note with carrier liability insurance. For high-value garments we arrange additional cargo insurance on request.

Tracked and confirmed

You get the vehicle details before loading, position updates on the way, and the signed CMR after delivery. Delays are reported by us before you have to ask.

Based in Suwałki, working across Europe.

IMP-EX Polska sp. z o.o. has been registered in Suwałki, north-east Poland, since 2018. The office sits on the Via Baltica corridor between the Baltic states and Western Europe, which is where most of our garment traffic runs.

We work for garment producers and fashion brands, freight forwarders who need a partner for hanging garments, and companies buying automotive and industrial parts with delivery arranged.
